Designtone Collective, an independent initiative by IDr Joe Chan born from a purpose beyond practice — to give back to the industry through the sharing of experiences, knowledge, and guidance with the younger generation of designers.

Designtone Collective is envisioned as a platform that fosters meaningful engagement between architecture, interior design, education, and the wider creative community through collaborative programs, dialogues, and shared learning experiences. At its core is the belief that design knowledge should be shared openly, and that the industry grows stronger when we learn from one another. Beyond educational initiatives, the collective also aspires to provide financial aid and support opportunities for deserving and needy design students.
